主讲人简介：

安德烈•基里连科(Andrei Kirilenko)，是剑桥大学贾吉商学院(Cambridge Judge Business School)金融学教授，博士项目主任，剑桥金融、技术和监管中心(Cambridge Centre for Finance, Technology and Regulation)主任，经济政策研究中心(CEPR)金融经济学项目研究员。

他于2019年7月加入剑桥大学贾吉商学院(University of Cambridge Judge Business School)，此前是帝国理工商学院(Imperial College Business School)全球金融和技术中心的主任。在2015年8月加入帝国理工学院之前，他是麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院的金融实践教授和麻省理工学院金融和政策中心的联席主任。

在麻省理工学院之前，基里连科曾(2010-2012年)担任美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)的首席经济学家，在那里他使用现代分析工具和方法设计并实施了一个有效的金融市场监管制度。在美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)任职之前，基里连科在国际货币基金组织(IMF)工作了12年，研究全球金融危机。

安德烈在宾夕法尼亚大学获得了经济学博士学位，在沃顿商学院主修金融。

主要内容：

This lecture details the current state of fintech and blockchain technology. It leads you from an overview of how technology is revolutionizing the financial sector to the intricacies of international compliance and the complexities of blockchain. It also analyzes what could be coming next in fintech, real estate, and insurance. While the interest in blockchain has skyrocketed in the past few years, academic institutions have been slow to implement academic programs that cover the need for educating specialists in the area, addressing it in its entirety.

An increasing number of finance, banking, computing, supply chain, SaaS, AI and IoT businesses are discovering the benefits of this technology. This new potential and the new risks it may involve have to be carefully evaluated by expert lenses, not just in one field, but through the interface of many expert tangents. In this increasingly competitive and interconnected environment, challenges abound and there are no easy solutions. The more spherical the education, the more responsible business decisions can be made, and the best vectors to maximize the advantages out of the use of this technology, can be achieved.

讲座将详细介绍金融技术和区块链技术的现状，从技术如何变革金融业的概述，到错综复杂的国际合规和区块链的复杂性。还将分析金融科技、房地产和保险等领域的未来发展趋势。虽然人们对区块链的兴趣在过去几年里飞速增长，学术机构却迟迟没有实施相应的学术项目来满足培养该领域专业人才的需求，并将其作为一个整体来解决。
