Position: Academic Chief

Responsibilities:

1. Foreign teacher recruitment. Release advertisements, collect and select CVs, organize interviews and trial lectures.

2. Send the new teachers’ application documents to the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation of SWUFE, and help with the procedures handling.

3. Revise and edit the course syllabus according to the overseas universities.

4. Examine and verify all foreign teachers’ teaching plans based on the course syllabus.

5. Teaching quality control throughout the whole teaching activity. Negotiate and coordinate with the teachers when problems arise.

6. Draw up the final examination plan. Examine and verify the exam papers handed in by all foreign teachers.

7. Public relations affairs for enrollment propaganda.

8. Manage the oral test of enrollment examination.

9. Offer visa training to students who are going abroad.

Requirements:

1. Minimum a master’s degree.

2. Over five years teaching experience in China.

3. Over three years teaching management experience.

4. Majored in economics, management, mathematics, physics or humanities.

5. English native speaker.

6. Age over 40.

Office hours: besides the class teaching hours, two full working days in the office.

Remuneration: besides the payment by SWUFE, the SAI department pays 3500 RMB each month.

出国留学预备学院招聘信息

职位名称：学术主管

岗位职责：

一，根据学院开设的专业课程招聘外籍教师。发布招聘信息，搜集简历，筛选简历，对符合要求的外籍教师进行面试和试讲。

二，确定新聘的外籍教师后，将所需要的材料提交国际交流与合作处，配合国际交流与合作处办理相关手续。

三，根据学院项目办公室提供的专业课程教学大纲，参照国外高校的相关课程大纲，对其进行修订。

四，在课程大纲基础之上，对任课教师提交的教学计划进行审核。

五，在教学活动开展过程中，对教学质量进行持续的监控，对于出现的问题，及时与任课教师进行沟通协调。

六，制定期末考试安排，任课教师提交期末试题后，对其进行审核。

七， 配合招生办公室进行招生宣传工作。

八，负责入学考试的口语面试工作。

九， 学生出国面签的培训工作，为学生做模拟面签。

任职需求：

一，硕士学历及以上

二，在中国高校任教五年以上

三，具备三年以上教学管理经验

四，专业：经济管理类专业，数学专业，物理专业，人文学科类专业均可

五，英语为母语

六，年龄40周岁以上

办公时间：除了课堂教学之外，每周在学院坐班三个半天

薪酬待遇：除了与学校签订合同所规定的薪酬待遇之外，与学院签订合同，学院每月支付3500元人民币。
